The truCOLLECT® Solution is an integrated system designed to simplify and standardize whole blood collection and processing for genomic research. By combining remote, fingerstick-based sample collection with automated, AFA®-powered DNA extraction, the solution enables high-quality analyte recovery with precision, consistency, and scalability across a wide range of downstream applications.

At its core, the truCOLLECT Solution transforms traditional blood collection workflows by removing logistical and technical barriers associated with venipuncture and cold-chain handling. Using a simple fingerstick device, participants can self-collect a small, volumetric sample of whole blood, eliminating the need for clinical visits while maintaining analyte integrity comparable to conventional methods.

Once collected, samples are stabilized at the point of collection, enabling ambient storage and shipping without the need for refrigeration or dry ice. This significantly reduces complexity, cost, and variability in sample handling, particularly for decentralized or geographically distributed studies.
