ThruPLEX® DNA-Seq FLEX
ThruPLEX® FLEX provides a robust, user-friendly NGS library preparation system for processing challenging samples such as cfDNA and FFPE DNA. This technology yields DNA libraries with high molecular complexity and balanced GC representation while accommodating high inputs (≤200 ng) and input volumes (≤30 µl). All ThruPLEX products feature single-tube workflows that minimize hands-on time, the likelihood of process errors, and the risk of sample loss.
ThruPLEX FLEX technology is unmatched in its ability to provide even coverage across a wide range of GC content with high reproducibility and minimal bias, maximizing library diversity and data quality for genome-wide and targeted sequencing applications. With the patented ThruPLEX approach, leftover adapters are degraded post-ligation, avoiding the need for adapter dilution and intermediate cleanup steps required by other NGS library preparation methods. This approach allows for a straightforward workflow which can be completed in about two hours, with 15 min of hands-on time.
