Analysis of Process Related Impurities in Cell & Gene Therapy Products by SWATH LC-MS
The manufacturing process for cell and gene therapies is complex and can contain process-related impurities from multiple organisms. A commercial host cell protein (HCP)-ELISA kit is often not available for the cell line or is not suitable for the specific process due to a low HCP coverage. Development of a process-specific ELISA can be unfeasible as the product often requires a short development time.
4D-Lipidomics™: Searching for the Fountain of Youth
This webinar will demonstrate Bruker’s fully integrated lipidomics workflow in MetaboScape and outline how novel 4D-lipidomics tools has been used to gain a better understanding of how a sphingolipid mutation in the C. elegans relates to an increased lifespan – or in other words, the fountain of youth.
Nanopore Sequencing: The Mobile Methylome
Transposable elements are mobile segments of DNA that comprise about half of the human genome and contain a subset of active elements that continue to expand in copy number.
Droplet Digital PCR Virtual Symposium
Attend this event to hear how technology is revolutionizing nucleic acid detection and quantification in the latest science topics.
Gain Insights Into Therapeutic Resistance With Single Cell RNA-Seq
Watch this webinar to hear how researchers use scRNA-seq to develop a working model for combinational therapeutics to delay development of ITH and much more.
Enhanced, Rapid Target Identification by NGS for Vaccine Development
NGS tools are paramount to thwart the current global pandemic, to identify targets for vaccine development. Watch this webinar to learn about two complementary sequencing methods in the NGS toolbox.
Looking Beyond PCR: Isothermal Amplification
Watch this free webinar to learn more about isothermal amplification methods and to: understand how the challenges of amplification from low input DNA, including single cells, can be overcome; discover why more researchers are using a next generation enzyme, EquiPhi29 DNA Polymerase, to obtain uniform DNA amplification by MDA; learn about the utility of LAMP for molecular diagnostic assay development.
Automated Solutions for Scalable and Consistent Sample Preparation
In these interviews from the KingFisher Symposium at ESHG 2019, discover more about the use of automated instruments in bioanalysis.
