Lidija Kenjeric is a PhD candidate at the Austrian Competence Centre for Feed, Food, Quality, Safety and Innovation. Her research focuses on developing high-throughput LC–MS/MS methods to enhance the efficiency of contaminant monitoring in food and environmental systems. In 2024, she was honored with the ASAC Young Analytical Chemists Award in Graz for her method to detect 15 classes of veterinary drug residues in milk and poultry feed – a collaboration with Queen’s University Belfast. She is now seeking new career opportunities where she can apply her expertise in analytical chemistry, regulatory science and food and environmental safety to real-world challenges.
