Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD) Presenting As Multiple Myeloma
IgG4-RD is an immune-mediated condition that may affect multiple organs. Allergists/Immunologists should include IgG4-RD in differential diagnosis of subjects with angioedema, blood or tissue eosinophilia, elevated serum IgG4 levels and lymphadenopathy.

Assessing Microenvironment Immunogenicity Using Tumor Specimen Exomes: Co-detection of TcR-α/β V(D)J Recombinations Correlates with PD-1Expression
This is the first report of any unproductive recombinations in tumor specimen exome files, indicating opportunities to identify lymphocytes in the microenvironment that could have impacts on tumor development other than via antigen presentation to T-cells. Based on α/β relative recombination rates, α recombinations are more frequent. The association of detection of alpha-beta V(D)J recombinations, with high PD-1 RNA levels and high RNA levels representing antigen presenting functions.

Magnetic-microcontact printing based ECM nano-patterning allows homogeneous controlling of cell growth and behavior
Magnetic – microcontact printing of extracellular matrix proteins (ECM) results in cell microarrays (CMA) showing homogeneous cell growth and attachment on defined patterns. This greatly reduces bias in the analysis of cell responses to toxins, drugs or other stimuli.

Improved T Cell Activation Bioassays for Development of Bispecific Antibodies and Engineered T Cell Immunotherapies
Here we describe a platform of T cell activation bioassays for the development of CD3 bispecific antibodies and engineered T cell immunotherapies.

Quantitative Cell-based Bioassays for Individual or Combination Immune Checkpoint Immunotherapy
Cell-based reporter bioassays overcome the limitations of primary cell-based assays for functional characterization of antibody and other biologics drugs, targeting individual or combination immune checkpoint receptors. Here we show a portfolio of immune inhibitory checkpoint bioassays, that can be used for antibody screening, characterization, potency and stability studies.

Validation of KRISHZYME Factor IIa Chromogenic Assay for Testing of Tinzaparin and Tinzaparin Injection
KRISHZYME FIIa Assay kit is a chromogenic assay intended for the quantitative determination of Tinzaparin / Tinzaparin Sodium in purified solutions by measurement of factor IIa inhibition activity. The kit can be used for 100 test reactions as per microtiter plate protocol.
