Bruker Daltonics has launched its ClinProt™ MB-LAC LCA (Lectin Affinity Chromatography - Lens Culinaris Agglutinin) glycoprotein kit, at the HUPO World Congress 2006.
This glyco-kit further enhances Bruker Daltonics’ separation technology in the field of glycoprotein analysis and clinical proteomics research.
The LCA magnetic beads complement Bruker Daltonics’ portfolio of ClinProt™ glycobeads which are functionalized with either concanavalin A, wheat germ agglutinin or boronic acid.
With a combination of optimized beads, intelligent enrichment strategies for glycosylated peptides and proteins prior to mass spectrometric analysis are now enabled for protein scientists.
