The Pierce® Immunostain Enhancer boosts signal intensity by three- to 12-fold, depending on the antibody used, and reduces the amount of antibody required for optimal detection. The enhancer is particularly suited for use with poor-quality or low-affinity antibodies.
The Pierce Immunostain Enhancer is ready-to-use without adding steps to the staining protocol. It is compatible with both fluorescence and chromogenic detection methods. The enhancer is available in two convenient pack sizes for either 100 or 10 large tissue section slides (approximately three squared centimeters each).
