Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., has announced that it will exhibit its latest products for anatomical pathology applications, including the Thermo Scientific STP 420ES tissue processor, Cryostar NX70 cryostat and SecureSette tissue embedding cassettes, at IBMS Congress 2011, taking place Sept. 26-28.

Within stand 408/414 at ICC Birmingham, the company will display all of its next-generation products that enable reduced processing times, higher-quality preparations and leaner workflows.

During IBMS 2011, Thermo Fisher will also demonstrate products from its Immunohistochemistry (IHC) range, including the Thermo Scientific Autostainer and Quanto Reagents. These products offer rapid turnaround times and a flexible, total IHC workflow solution.

With a proven track record and more than 5,000 units in use, the Autostainer platform is the most widely used open IHC system in the world.

Within stand 408/414, Thermo Fisher will also show the Thermo Scientific PrintMate and SlideMate, the latest additions to its slide labeling and tracking product ranges.

By promoting error reduction in specimen labeling through high-quality laboratory printing, these products help improve patient care.
