The Pierce® LAL Chromogenic Endotoxin Quantitation Kit supplies the reagents necessary to generate standard curves and perform endotoxin assays on samples.
Reactions are complete in 30 minutes and require only a small volume of diluted protein sample.
Absorbance measurements are read at 405 to 410 nanometers using a standard 96-well plate reader.
