The work presented in this video describes a collaborative project regarding the bacterial pathogen Acinetobacter baumanii lead by Tom Bateman in the Moraes Lab. Structural, biochemical and in vitro growth assays were performed by members of the Moraes Lab with help from staff at the Canadian Light Source staff at the Canadian Macromolecular Crystallography Facility for data collection using the CMCF beamlines. Animal work was performed in collaboration with members of Scott Gray-Owen's Lab at the University of Toronto and Wangxue Chen’s Lab at the National Research Council in Ottawa.
