Maintaining a GxP-compliant environment for simple, non-PC-based lab instruments has typically required a combination of manual notation and direct observation. By using a secure IoT device linked by a hash code, Scitara DLX™ changes that. Users simply scan a QR code to identify the IoT device, then log in to establish a clear chain of custody. Through the DLX™ interface, users can control the device and capture every action in an audit trail within the DLX™ event stream, where they can add activity notes, visuals and video.
Data integrity for data in flight
Within DLX™, data in flight between instruments, applications and repositories is captured in an event stream and can be managed through Scitara DLX™ Orchestrations, where it can be tracked and logged to establish a clear chain of custody as data is moved, merged or transformed. This enables users to reconstruct complete workflows weeks, months or years after data activity has occurred—and ensures support for GxP-compliant processes.
