The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a complex setting, comprised of a heterogeneous array of cell types, vascular networks and extracellular matrix components. Understanding the complex interactions between cells in the TME requires analysis tools with the resolution and scale to dissect the TME cell-by-cell.

Single cell analysis tools from 10x Genomics enable researchers to identify novel and rare cell types associated with TME formation and remodelling during tumor progression, metastasis and therapeutic intervention that were previously masked by bulk analysis methods.

Download this application note from 10x Genomics to learn how the Chromium Single Cell Immune Profiling Solution enables you to:

  • • Obtain gene expression profiles and paired, full length, immune receptor sequences from the same cells
  • • Characterize and differentiate all major tumor and non-tumor cells
  • • Identify clonal immune populations to understand the adaptive immune response
