CSols Seminar: Leveraging Informatics to Support Lean Labs

CSols, Inc. has announced that their Road Show is on the move again and heading to California.
CSols plans to visit San Francisco on March 26th, Los Angeles March 27th, and San Diego March 28th and host the complimentary seminar “Leveraging Informatics to Support Lean Labs” from 8am - 10am. Registration is required and a light breakfast will be provided.
Organizations are putting more pressure on quality control/assurance laboratories within the manufacturing environment to become leaner and eliminate waste from their process.
Incorporating Laboratory Informatics Solutions such as LIMS, CDS, ELN, SDMS, etc. into the lab can:

Small imperfections in a wine glass or tiny creases in a contact lens can be tricky to make out, even in good light. In almost total darkness, images of such transparent features or objects are nearly impossible to decipher. But now, engineers at MIT have developed a technique that can reveal these “invisible” objects, in the dark.
For scientists wrestling with problems as diverse as containing superhot plasma in a fusion reactor, improving the accuracy of weather forecasts, or probing the unexplained dynamics of a distant galaxy, turbulence-spawning shear flow is a serious complicating factor. A new supercomputer-powered effort aims to make modelling shear far easier.
