PerkinElmer Acquires CambridgeSoft Corporation and ArtusLabs

PerkinElmer, Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CambridgeSoft Corporation, and has completed the purchase of ArtusLabs, Inc.

The expansion of PerkinElmer's informatics and software offerings will enable customers to rapidly access and share enterprise-wide data for faster, more informed scientific decisions.
