Richard R. Duffy Joins Core Informatics As Director of Customer Success

Duffy to serve as Director of Customer Success.  In this new role, Richard will be responsible for professional services, support and customer satisfaction, ensuring that Core Informatics customers realize differentiated value from the best of breed Core Informatics platform to meet their unique business needs.

Most recently Richard was Director of Product Development at Fiserv, where he led the deployment and support of their payment platform that processed millions of payments per month.  In this leadership role he worked closely with cross functional teams at Sunoco, Hewlett Packard, Walmart, and Kroger to ensure that technology is leveraged effectively to meet business goals and drive rapid ROI.
