CAS Dataloggers Announces ADwin-Pro II Card for DAQ Systems

Read time: Less than a minute

CAS Datalogger's new PRO-II-Aout-1/16 50MHz analog output card for the ADwin-Pro-II data acquisition system features a single 16-bit analog output that can update at a 50 MHz rate along with 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs. In addition to a point-by-point output mode, an on-board coprocessor and memory buffer allows the generation of complex arbitrary waveforms or ramp signals independent of the main system processor. The card provides synchronous operation of the digital channels, both the inputs and outputs, simultaneous with the analog output signals, and is well-suited to demanding applications, such as scanning microscopy, Magneto Optical Traps (MOT), Quadrapole Ion Traps (QIT) or Quadrapole Ion Storage Traps (QUISTOR). In cases where users require more than one channel, multiple cards can run in a single system while running all output channels synchronized to each other.
