Radleys’ new Control Software allows chemists to datalog and control multiple devices including stirrers, circulators, balances, pumps, temperature sensors and other devices.

The Control Software is designed to control jacketed reaction systems, including Radleys’ Reactor-Ready, Reactor-Ready Duo, Lara CLR plus other popular reactor makes.

The Software features an easy-to-use windows format with intuitive drag’n’drop icons. A logical flowchart interface makes lite work of setting up apparatus, creating recipes and running experiments.

All recipe and experimental data is automatically logged to .csv files; plus data can be recalled for analysis, as well as being shared with other users, departments or sites. Indeed the flexible license allows pre and post experimental work on other computers.

Choose from several screen mimics to suit your reaction system set-up. Use the software to create recipes with any number of steps in series or parallel. Move to the next step in a recipe based on time, temperature, pH etc. Stop, pause, skips and modify experiments mid run.

Add comments or observations to the datalog during your experiment. View real-time graphs of data during your experiment. For safe operation set user configurable alarms and emergency cut-off options for each device.

An optional Data Hub allows up to 4 x RS232 devices, including overhead stirrers, circulators, balances, peristaltic pumps, syringe pumps, pH meters, vacuum pumps, flow meters and turbidity meters etc to be integrate with the software.

Each Data Hub also features 2 x Pt100 temperature sensors. Increase the number of RS232 ports to 8 with the addition of a second Data Hub.

Radleys has been manufacturing scientific glassware for more than 45 years. Whether you require an off-the shelf lab reactor like our Reactor-Ready or Lara CLR, or a bespoke reaction system, our team of chemical engineers and technical specialist are available to help.
