Hamilton Company has announced that extensive testing results on its Polilyte pH sensor line verify their suitability for a wider range of demanding manufacturing applications.

The new published performance specifications exceed the original stated limits, documenting safe use and reproducible measurements at higher pressures and temperatures.

The Polilyte Plus for pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical manufacturing is now specified to operate at pressures up to 16 bar at 100˚ C, ensuring safe use at higher pressures.

The new performance also applies to the Polilyte Plus VP and Plus Memosens models. The Polilyte XP (explosion-proof) model is now guaranteed to withstand temperatures up to 130˚ C.

These robust sensors are ideal for high-pressure water, wastewater and chemical applications.

“These extended, published specs match the highest in the industry,” comments Amber Ratcliff, product manager for Hamilton Company. “This announcement demonstrates how we continue to innovate, even with existing product lines.”
