LABVANTAGE Releases LABVANTAGE 6.0.2

LABVANTAGE Solutions, a global laboratory informatics provider, has released their latest version of LABVANTAGE 6, LABVANTAGE 6.0.2. LABVANTAGE 6 is an enterprise Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) used by thousands of labs across the globe. LABVANTAGE 6.0.2 offers new capabilities including stability analytics, request management and increased security.

Peter Bailey, LABVANTAGE Chief Executive Officer stated, “With the release of LABVANTAGE 6.0.2, we are providing enhanced and expanded functionality based upon close collaboration with customers. We are leaders in this industry because we constantly invest in developing the capabilities of our product and in enhancing our ability to serve customers.” LABVANTAGE 6.0.2 offers customers in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, health and consumer packaged goods advanced analytics for shelf-life testing. Request Management provides contract labs and biobanks a way to manage externally submitted samples. Security sets, the final major feature of this release, attractive to all types of labs, bring forth additional security options.

In January 2012, LABVANTAGE released LABVANTAGE 6, a powerful, configurable, browser-based LIMS for a variety of laboratories including research & development, quality management, biobanking and environmental monitoring. Six months later, LABVANTAGE released LABVANTAGE 6.0.1, which contained several enhancements to the product.
