Dr. Liz Tseng obtained her PhD at the University of Washington in computer science with a certificate in computational molecular biology program. She began her work at PacBio as a bioinformatics scientist, collaborating with researchers to apply long-read sequencing to transcriptomics. She’s developed bioinformatics tools for RNA and gene therapy research. She is now an associate director of product marketing at PacBio.
