Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Proteome Sciences plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Martin Diggle as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Diggle, 52, has worked in finance for over 30 years. He was a director and partner of UBS/Brunswick in Russia until 2003, following which he joined Vulpes Investment Management, where he is currently a director and partner.
He is an experienced specialist investor in life sciences and manages the Vulpes Life Sciences Fund, the registered holder of 33,400,217 ordinary shares in Proteome Sciences representing approximately15.6% of the Company’s ordinary share capital.
Mr. Diggle is currently a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Biomedica plc and Chronos Therapeutics Limited. Mr Diggle holds an M.A in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
