Chenomx Inc. has announced the release of Chenomx NMR Suite 4.5, reflecting over six years of software and chemistry research and development.
Chenomx NMR Suite is a set of integrated software applications for performing NMR-based metabolomics.
By closely integrating tools for creating and manipulating metabolic profiles, Chenomx NMR Suite is designed to allow users to identify and quantify metabolites in complex NMR spectra.
Chenomx NMR Suite can import data acquired with Varian or Bruker spectrometers, or data from any JCAMP-DX data source.
Chenomx Profiler, part of Chenomx NMR Suite, allows users to identify and quantify metabolites of interest using Chenomx compound libraries representing over 250 metabolites.
Chenomx Signature Builder, also part of Chenomx NMR Suite, allows users to add their own compounds to a custom compound library, making it easy to identify and quantify any metabolite of interest.
Version 4.5 is tight integration with Umetrics statistical analysis tools, allowing users to move data analyzed with Chenomx NMR Suite into a rich statistical analysis environment.
