Taking its origin from of OTAVA’s in-house collection of 500,000 compounds, this Aurora B kinase focused library is composed of 2069 compounds which were selected by computational estimation of their interaction with one specific member in a protein kinase family.

• New Cyclin Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2) Focused Library:

This library has been created as a part of a project aimed at designing of a large set of protein kinase focused libraries. Taking its origin from of OTAVA’s in-house collection of 500,000 compounds, this CDK2 focused library is composed of 1281 compounds which were selected by computational estimation of their interaction with one specific member in a protein kinase family (sharp-focusing approach).

• New Death-Associated Protein Kinase 2 Dapk-2 Focused Library:

This library has been created as a part of a project aimed at designing of a large set of protein kinase focused libraries. Taking its origin from of OTAVA’s in-house collection of 500,000 compounds, this DAPK-2 focused library is composed of 2012 compounds which were selected by computational estimation of their interaction with one specific member in a protein kinase family (sharp-focusing approach).

• New Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase 2 (ERK2) Focused Library:

This library has been created as a part of a project aimed at designing of a large set of protein kinase focused libraries.
