The Eppendorf µCuvette G1.0 is optimally designed for accurate and reliable measurements of microvolumes of concentrated molecules, like proteins and nucleic acids. Users can easily pipette samples as small as 1.5 μL without the need for a time-consuming dilution step. The µCuvette G1.0 features an optical path length of only 1 mm, which is 10 times shorter than the light path length of standard cuvettes. The µCuvette G1.0 is optimized for compatibility with all of Eppendorf's current cuvette-based detection instruments: BioSpectrometer basic, BioSpectrometer kinetic, BioSpectrometer fluorescence and BioPhotometer D30.
