At the recent Collision At Home 2020 conference, Neuroscience News & Research (NNR) editor Ruairi J Mackenzie caught up with Johns Hopkins University Assistant Professor Dr Neda Gould. Dr Gould is director of the Mindfulness Program at Johns Hopkins and has conducted reviews into how mindfulness can help people suffering from anxiety and mood disorders.
