The webinar will outline how you can perform accurate and reliable quantification of stable isotope labelled proteomics data, using a combination of Progenesis QI for proteomics (from Waters) and Proteolabels (from Omic Analytics Ltd).

We will cover the use of these packages to perform reliable feature quantification, map alignment and identification (in Progenesis), followed by pair/triple finding and protein-level quantification in Proteolabels. We will demonstrate the use of a variety of intuitive QC metrics and plots to explore and optimise data quality.

  • Application of Progenesis QI for proteomics and Proteolabels for SILAC and dimethyl-based proteome quantification
  • Visualisation of data at the feature level, peptide pair/triples, protein-level to ensure reliable and sensitive quantifications
