Ask Me Anything: Modern Lab Leader

In the ever-changing laboratory environment,  leaders face new challenges daily. From integrating AI and new technologies to managing a new-generation workforce, adaptability is key.

To help navigate these challenges, we’ve invited Sean Tucker, Director of Laboratory Services at North Kansas City Hospital, to join us on August 7 for an exclusive Ask-Me-Anything session to answer your questions.

Sean is also the Chair-Elect of the Council of Laboratory Management and Administration at the American Society for Clinical Pathology, where he was also awarded the “Forty under 40” award.

On August 7 we will explore topics such as:

  • Practical tips for current and aspiring lab managers in industry or academia
  • Building a team that aligns with your goals
  • Managing a diverse workforce and adapting to new-generation workers
  • Incorporating new technologies, from instrumentation to intelligent software
  • Positive leadership in a technical setting

Sean Tucker will also be hosting a highly anticipated presentation, “Generational Leadership: Be a Leader of Generation, Across Generations” at The Modern Lab Leader 2024 online symposium on August 14.
