Serena Kern-Libera is chief operating officer and general counsel at LinkGevity Limited. Before co-founding LinkGevity, Serena built a distinguished career as a corporate M&A lawyer at Slaughter and May, one of the UK’s leading law firms. She later held senior leadership roles in government, including head of global trade strategy at the Bank of England, head of UK Market Access Policy at HM Treasury, and private secretary (chief of staff) to the Chancellor. Serena is passionate about equal opportunity in education and is on the Board of SkillSonics AG, a multinational social enterprise.
