Epigenetics in the nervous system: development and disease
Event Oct 01 - Oct 03, 2018
Chromatin modifiers, non-coding RNAs and transcription factors are key modulators of gene expression during the development of the peripheral and central nervous systems. Their regulatory role in neural cell function and in neurological diseases has been emerging in recent years.
This meeting will gather experts with key findings in the field of neuroepigenetics to discuss these latest developments, and novel technologies which currently allow the study of neural gene regulation mechanisms with an unprecedented detail and resolution.
