Faculty and Students at The University of Nottingham in Nottingham, UK, now have NMR desktop processing and interpretation software available to them through an academic site license from Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc.

Providing access to NMR software is an important service, offered by The University of Nottingham to its staff and students in order to facilitate standardization within the academic environment, and to support teaching and research alike.

“We have chosen ACD/Labs’ software because it is a competitively priced solution to the NMR data handling needs of our synthetic chemists,” says Adrienne Davis, Analytical Services Manager, School of Chemistry at The University of Nottingham.

“It will also provide a useful tool for other research groups who use NMR within the University.”

ACD/2D NMR Processor supports all major NMR formats, and assists in the processing and interpretation of both 1D and 2D NMR data.

In addition, it can provide many features to help chemists and spectroscopists get their NMR data, such as multiplet analysis, structure assignment, and reporting tools.
