Solvo Biotechnology has announced that it is launching the PREDEASY™ ATPase Assay Kit.
The Kit contains the materials that needed to conduct ATPase membrane transporter assay and is designed to deliver major technical improvements over the currently available conventional products such as:
- Ten times more sensitive phosphate detection.
- Longer color stability of phosphate detection for 3 hours.
- All solutions and reagents are pre-prepared and included in the Kit for the assay (No scale and no pH setting are required).
- Z,-factor ~ 0,8; Low inter-assay variability; Increased automated system compatibility.
- The Kit contains the materials needed for the assay; From all reagents and solutions (such as membrane preparation, assay mix, developer etc.) to a CD including an electronic data acquisition and evaluation sheet and all relevant documentation.
Solvo PREDEASY™ ATPase Assay Kits are available for 1, 3 and 10 plates for the following ABC transporters:
