Thermo Fisher Scientific, has launched the Thermo Scientific Pierce Immunostain Enhancer for immunohistochemistry applications. The Pierce® Immunostain Enhancer boosts signal intensity by three- to 12-fold, depending on the antibody used, and reduces the amount of antibody required for optimal detection. The enhancer is particularly suited for use with poor-quality or low-affinity antibodies.
The Pierce Immunostain Enhancer is used without adding steps to the staining protocol. It is compatible with both fluorescence and chromogenic detection methods. The enhancer is available in two convenient pack sizes for either 100 or 10 large tissue section slides.
