Running Assay and Impurity Analysis in One LC Method

Preclinical evaluation of monoclonal antibodies routinely relies on separate ligand binding assays and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry workflows to assess drug survival in vivo. A hybrid immuno-mass spectrometry protocol allows a laboratory to combine molecular capture and high-resolution detection into a single assay.
