As part of the Technology Networks team, the Webinar and online Events Administrator will support a small but vibrant sales and events team! The successful candidate will be highly organised, preferably with experience in online event or webinar management and will be expected to have excellent communications skills as well as competent computer skills.


Responsibilities

• Managing online webinar and events from end to end, for an online publishing company, onsite training will be provided as required.
• Liaising with customers, service providers and speakers to maximise the success of the event
• Administration duties such as:
• providing clients with monthly result sheets, chasing clients for communication plans, plan marketing programs and booking into console and diary systems
• Identifying target audiences
• Database segmentation
• Coordinate with the fellow marketing team, internal sales, and account management team
• Communicate with clients to ensure content is supplied on time
• General support to the sales team
• Webinar promotion process and reports
• Develop visually engaging HTML emails for the webinar promotion
• Landing page creation and promotional schedule set up.

EXPERIENCE:
• Prior experience with an ESP
• Prior experience in running webinars or online events
• Basic image editing in Adobe Photoshop
• Past copy writing experience
• Some knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Analysis of webinars and keeping spreadsheets up to date
