Dr. Ali Pashazadeh is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Treehill Partners, a global healthcare strategic and transaction advisory firm. He is an experienced healthcare investment banker, biotech CEO, and trained surgeon with significant expertise across the healthcare value chain.
Pashazadeh’s healthcare investment banking career spans over 20 years, including at Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Blackstone, where he advised companies and boards on complex strategic transactions worldwide.
He has extensive hands-on operational experience, including as CEO in corporate turnaround situations and in the launch and growth phases of companies. He also has deep experience in the strategic development of therapeutic assets across indications and development phases.
Pashazadeh is a trained surgeon who remains an active medical practitioner in the acute care setting, having specialized as a trauma and reconstructive surgeon nearly 30 years ago.
He has combined his passions for martial arts and motorsports with his trauma medical experience by overseeing the implementation of US military trauma protocols in Thai Boxing and designing driver safety equipment still used today in Formula 1, initiated following the death of Ayrton Senna in 1994. Pashazadeh serves in a leadership role on numerous philanthropic efforts, is the founder of Amazonas Protect, and a trustee of the Foundation for My Door.
