Dr. April Pyle is a professor and vice chair of microbiology, immunology and molecular genetics and a member of the Eli and Edythe Broad Center of Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Research at UCLA. Her research focuses on the biology of muscle stem cells and human pluripotent stem cells and the differentiation of these cells into other cell types for use in regenerative medicine.
