
Audrey Gutierrez, PhD
Audrey Gutierrez holds a BSc degree in microbiology from California State University, Long Beach in California, USA and a PhD in microbiology from University of California, Davis, in California. She completed postdoctoral training at the University of Virginia, Pathology Department, Charlottesville, Virginia and UC Davis Health System, Hematology/Oncology Department. Audrey’s training emphasis is in immunology, virology, vaccines and preclinical vaccine studies. As a bench scientist she enjoyed working with new scientific gadgets and equipment. Outside of the lab she endeavors to stay updated on new and emerging infectious diseases.
