Christophe Fleury, PhD profile page

Christophe holds a PhD from University of Caen in France and has subsequently worked for several years in academia (University of Bath, Lund University) in a range of topics in the field of host-pathogen interaction and gene regulation. He made the transition to industry over 10 years ago holding technical and commercial roles in companies working at the forefront of genomics such as Illumina, 10x genomics and currently Oxford Nanopore Technologies. These experiences have provided him a vast expertise in genomics and its applications including transcriptomics, single cell sequencing or spatial transcriptomics.
