Claudio Panzarella has built his career in business development within the biopharmaceutical industry. Before joining ReiThera as head of business development, he held key roles at Menarini Biotech and across the Menarini Group, where he was responsible for contract manufacturing and served as head of licensing-in for biopharmaceuticals. In these positions, Claudio led due diligence and licensing evaluation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with international partners to assess strategic opportunities. He holds a degree in Biotechnology from the University of Siena.
