Dana Zoe Watson, PhD profile page

Dana Zoe Watson, RD, MSc, earned her PhD in medical science from the University of Buenos Aires. She is a professor in both graduate and postgraduate programs and a researcher specializing in nutrition and food technology at the University of Buenos Aires and the National University of La Matanza. Her research focuses on sensory food data, chemical food composition and methodological approaches, including both quantitative and qualitative methods. She has authored numerous articles in national and international journals and has actively participated in various national and international conferences on health and nutrition.
