Davide De Lucrezia, VP and GM at Officinae Bio, part of Maravai LifeSciences, is a synthetic biologist by training with a passion for innovation at the intersection of synthetic biology and computer science. His work focuses on developing innovative products that transform biologists into DNA designers by leveraging data and digital tools to decouple DNA design from its physical constraints and enable programmable biology at scale. Previously, he served as managing director at Explora Biotech Srl, Doulix, and Bright Bioworks, all of which he co-founded.
