Dr. Dominik Hotter is a Senior Scientist in Development Core Technologies at Boehringer Ingelheim’s Viral Therapeutics Center. His work focuses on the development, optimization, and implementation of analytical methods for the characterization and quality control of virus-based therapeutics, including infectivity assays and image-based analytical approaches. Before joining Boehringer Ingelheim, he conducted academic research in molecular virology at Ulm University Medical Center. Dr. Hotter received his Ph.D. in Molecular Virology from Ulm University and is the author of numerous scientific publications in the fields of virology and antiviral host defense.
