Dr. Camila Parrot profile page

Dr. Camila Parrot is a Technical Application Scientist at Oxford Nanopore Technologies. Holder of a doctorate from the University of Bordeaux, she has focused her work on genome editing in order to develop tumor models. She then joined the IRCM in Montreal for a postdoctoral fellowship devoted to autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. With more than 10 years of experience in cellular and molecular biology, she now provides technical expertise, training and advice on Nanopore data analysis products and solutions. She plays a key role in supporting scientists in the integration of Oxford Nanopore products into their laboratory, allowing them to more easily and quickly achieve their objectives using these technologies.
