Dr. David Greene, the Founder & CEO of R3 Stem Cell, is a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon, who switched to the business side of medicine over a decade ago. He started R3 Stem Cell while in business school at Arizona State University, and now R3 is the most extensive provider of regenerative therapies globally. Dr. Greene has grown R3 Stem Cell to 45 Centers of Excellence in seven countries, which have performed over 25,000 stem cell procedures since inception. R3 focuses on patient clinical treatments, provider training and maintains a full research team publishing in peer-reviewed journals and starting clinical trials.
