Eliot Bourk, PhD, has nearly 20 years of experience across business development, commercialization, corporate strategy and life sciences consulting, he has held senior roles at Celgene, Kite Pharma, Chimeric Therapeutics, Adaptimmune and Deallus. Eliot has shaped high-profile partnerships, supported launches of 5 FDA-approved cell therapies and guided development of 25+ additional programs. At Ubuntu, Eliot’s expertise in business development, commercialization planning, portfolio strategy and market insights is integrated fractionally through the Clinical Development as a Service (CDaaS) model, helping emerging biotechs align clinical strategies with market opportunities. Eliot holds a BA in Biochemistry from Case Western, a PhD in Molecular Pathology from UC San Diego and executive education in strategy from Wharaton.
