Jakub Vašíček profile page

Jakub obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the Czech Technical University in Prague and continued his studies at the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, where he completed a master’s degree in computer graphics, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and social anthropology. During his master’s degree, Jakub developed an interactive visual application to explore a biomedical dataset, and continued in a similar direction with a subsequent internship at the VRVis research centre in Vienna. Jakub is working on his PhD in bioinformatics at the University of Bergen in Norway.
