Group Leader and Professor of Gene Technology


Joakim Lundeberg, PhD, defended his PhD thesis in Biotechnology at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 1993. After a postdoctoral period at the Radiumhospital in Oslo, Norway, Lundeberg returned to KTH as group leader. He received a professorship in Molecular Biotechnology in 2000 at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Today, Lundeberg leads a research group at the Department of Gene Technology, School of Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health. Lundeberg is a group leader at SciLIfeLab, one of Europe's leading sequencing centers.
