Joel Fellis, PhD profile page

Dr. Joel Fellis is the vice president of product management at Illumina where he leads product management for NGS applications and multiomics. Fellis has been with Illumina for over 16 years in a variety of marketing and product management roles and is currently focused on driving Illumina’s multiomics strategy. Previously, Fellis served as the business lead for the launch of most major sequencing platform launches at Illumina. Prior to joining Illumina, he has held various positions in product management, product marketing and research across industry, government and academia. Fellis holds a PhD in population genetics and molecular ecology from Wake Forest University.
