Senior Scientist
at CN Bio
Dr. Joseph Broomfield is a senior scientist at CN Bio, where he develops and applies organ-on-a-chip technologies to support more predictive drug discovery and development. Prior to joining CN Bio, he completed a Cancer Research UK-funded PhD at Imperial College London, focusing on novel diagnostic technologies for prostate cancer using advanced biosensors and molecular detection methods. Combining his expertise in biology, engineering, and translational science, Joseph now helps advance human-relevant microphysiological systems that generate more meaningful insights into drug safety, efficacy, and metabolism.
