Dr. Julia Cooney is a medical doctor, longevity researcher, and the founder and CEO of Zest, a longevity-focused healthtech company on a mission to make preventative health actionable, accessible and personalized. In collaboration with the University of Cambridge Memory Lab, Zest has developed PREMAZ, a validated Digital Cognitive Assessment for early dementia and Alzheimer’s detection. Cooney's unique background bridges clinical medicine and biotechnology, earned through her MD and a postdoc from the University of Cambridge. She and the team at Zest combine scientific rigor with hands-on healthcare experience to drive meaningful innovation in preventative care.
